Ok with much potential

This hotel has so much potential to be something more. Sadly the owner want to sell it for the last 6 years and put minimum effort to the hotel. Coffee is bad, breakfast is a joke, and room was missing soap for washing hands. But location is good, staff is friendly, AC seem to New and worked well. WiFi is ok. I hope someone want to invest in this place since it has good potential. I don't mind going back again.

Room basic but clean ... but no issues given the price. Shower pressure not good. Pool was green and no way would I use it ... needed emptying,cleaning and guessing pumps needed some work. Despite menus beibmng out no foid availabe...not the end of the world. Overall for what I paid, am generally ok but was disappointed about the pool...

Hot water did not work for my entire stay, there was no water at all on the second day of my stay, came to the room just drenched in sweat and sunscreen lotion and i couldn't shower and freshen up for my dinner out so i had to go out like that. The lock on the door didn't feel secure, there was no dead bolt. I wouldn't go back.

Very poor unit in every way: super hard bed/shower floor terrible with rotten wood trim. Communication wth staff was horrible, most could not speak a word of English, will say they really try to help . TV was broken, they did put new one in.bad window view, didn’t tell us the breakfast wasn’t included until last day, very poor selection! We went to a French Bakery 2 buildings down.

Mysigt ställe i hjärtat av Kata beach

Trivdes väldigt bra. Jättesnöll personal som kan vara vädigt flexibla. Ligger i nörheten av mpnga bra resturanger och den fina stranden. Tyvärr blev jag magsjuk på resan och fick spendera mycket tid mellan toalett och säng.

Cheap and comfortable

Located a short walk to the main beach and town, didn’t use the pool. Bed was comfortable and shower hot and powerful. Some areas of the room looked dated but overall a good stay for the price.

B целом отель не плохой, комнаты просторные, есть лоджия с кухней. Но все очень изношенное. Два раза переселяли в другие номера, то кондиционер не работает, то канализация. Всю ночь какой то грохот за окном, так и не выясниои от чего.... Обслуживающий персонал (уборщицы) не клали туалетную бумагу. На рецепшене относились доброжелательно, но решение проблемы заканчивалось очередным переселением в другой номер. От моря быстрым шагом минут 10-15.

It was an ok place to stay. The staff were super nice and friendly everyday we saw them and helpful. It was generally clean but not thoroughly clean. There were signs of that. The 2 rooms we stayed in were in need of repair. It came across as Maintenance is not a priority. Some cupboards were either broken or really old and needed to be replaced. Some hinges also needed to be replaced.

Holder ikke god nok standard

Hotellet bærer preg av alder. Vi var der to netter. Sengen er hard og putene så høy at nakken er vond før du sovner. Rundt mikroen krydde det av pitte små fluer. Det var støv på alle overflater så det bar preg av generelt dårlig renhold. Frokosten var også av det kjipe slaget, man er ikke mett etterpå. Ville ikke anbefalt dette hotellet videre.

Very nice Hotel near the beach

Nice clean rooms with kitchen facilities. Staff is very friendly and can speak English. I would definitely visit again and recommend to everyone.

Virkelig verdi for pengene, god service også!

Hadde et flott opphold her på Kata Beach Studio. Vi bestilte først to netter, og var veldig fornøyde med service og verdien for pengene. Bassenget er rent, og hotellet er grei størrelse. Litt harde senger men jeg har skjønt at det er normen i Thailand. Ikke noe utsikt til stranden, men er du heldig får du se litt av The Great Buddha. Etter to netter dro vi til et annet hotell i Patong, men valgte neste dag å sjekke ut tidlig og heller komme tilbake til Kata og Kata Beach Studio. Området er roligere, og det er ti minutter å gå til stranda. Mye god mat rett i nærheten, og restauranten på hotellet er helt ok. Må virkelig berømme servicen her! Så hjelpsomme og smilende! De hjelper med booking og anbefalinger, og alt annet man trenger.
