Excellent front desk, staffs & hotel cleanliness. The location of the hotel is very convenience. Recommended for the family. I have only one comment that the bath room door should be able to lock for more privacy even you stay with own family and the door was set up between other room which was not convenient for privacy (I think that rooms are shared for big family to access easily)

Pros -breakfast lots of options sometimes eggs benedict -quite, good walls built -pools clean and separate kids pool slide and fun -staff extremely friendly and polite -1 minute to the beach amazing value -cleaners are good -parking with security guards -wi fi streams 4k amazing -general space super clean and tidy -restaurant pizza wood fire delicious -across the road from night markets amazing -7 eleven across the road -live music across the road (you don't hear it) -massage across the road -good gym -extemely good value IMO Cons Honestly none unless I were to be petty perhaps an AC remote and a firmer pillow though they get fluffed every day. Would be good if the happy hour were longer (we all want that though). I really had zero issues in the two weeks there. From Australia kind regards

The hotel is nice and spacious family hotel. It has 2 pools, one for kids with a playground. And another one which is bigger bit not too deep. The breakfast at the restaurant was great, lots of choice and good food. In general the food throughout the day was okay, we ate there several times. Service was good, sometimes slow. Every other day a cinema evening with different food choices are offered for kids. Improvement points are the smelly glas surface of the tables and dirty pillows at the chairs - this should be definitely changed. The rooms are clean and depending on the category have a balcony. The issue in the rooms is that the air conditioning blows you in the face all the time if you’re in bed, this was very annoying, so we basically had to sleep without AC cause it was not manageable with it. What was as well a pity, that we asked for 2 additional towels, and after the next cleaning they were gone again. Cotton pads etc were never refilled in the bathroom. And floors in the building are cleared with something which has a strong and unpleasant smell. In genera service was good, the only thing we were not happy with at all, is that after a 2 weeks stay the late check out had to be paid for. And that there was no flexibility with price while we extended, the hotel management was not able to go with the online price. The beach is 5 mins walk and it is great there. And restaurants & bars are across the street. We can recommend that hotel for a family with kids stay!

Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, walking street, 711, massage und Party ist alles sehr nah. Das führt auch dazu, dass es abends etwas lauter sein kann. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern unterwegs und aber hatten keine Probleme mit einschlafen. Generell ist das Hotel auf Familien ausgerichtet mit Kinder Pool und viele Spielmöglichkeiten. Gäste sind gemischt, viele russische, asiatische und arabische Gäste. Unser zimmer war, für das Alter des Hotels, schon abgerockt, mit Schimmel an den Fugen, überall paar Macken und der Boden total uneben -aber ok.

The hotel is very bad in terms of cleanliness. There was hair on the bed and in the bathroom, and the water was not clean. The cleaners leave their dirty towels everywhere in the room. If you care about cleanliness and quality, this hotel is definitely not suitable for you. The pools and slides are in poor condition, with not enough water to be enjoyable, and there are no lifeguards.

大人2名、5歳、2歳のファミリーで滞在しました。 1ベッドルームスイート(シティービュー)を予約したのですが、チェックイン時にプールビューへアップグレードしていただけました。角部屋でバルコニーも広く、プールも見えるので子供達も大満足。素敵なプレゼントでした！ お部屋はとても広く、4名で過ごすには十分でした。キングサイズベッド1台とのことで、家族4人どうやって寝ようかと心配していましたが、こちらが何も伝えていないのに、ソファーにベッドメイキングをしていただいており、子供たちが寝るには十分でした。心遣いが嬉しかったです。 施設については、プールはキッズエリアがあり小さい子供を遊ばせられましたし、大きなプールは温水だったので、ゆっくり遊ぶことができました。 レストランの食事も毎日メニューが変わり美味しかったです。 周辺エリアについては、近くに屋台やレストラン、コンビニが充実しているので食事には困りません。また、両替所も目の前に複数あり、空港よりもレートが断然良いのでおすすめです。 ビーチへも徒歩圏内でした。 またぜひ宿泊したいホテルです。
