Beautiful property. The staff went above and beyond our expectations! The stairs can be rough for some people but we had no problem with them. I look forward to staying here again the next time I'm in Phuket.

The staff at the hotel were an absolute joy, the resort had everything you need: swimming pool, gym, great views from the beach, restaurants and bars. The food at the hotel was also very good. If you choose to eat in their restaurant.

One of the nicest places I’ve stayed! Staff were so friendly and always loved helping guests. Rooms were cleaned daily, very thorough clean. You can literally walk down the street and you’re at the beach, there are also mini marts outside the resort which is very convenient! Highly recommend staying here.

I was in building 9 which was quite a walk up many flights of stairs from the lobby. The room was clean, but the bathroom was very lacking - toilet clogged multiple times, shower water was not consistent hot/cold regardless of the time of day showering. I was thankful for the balcony, but the door was impossible to open and I had to get staff to assist each time the cleaning staff locked it. I found there weren’t enough towels even for one person - 2 bath, 2 beach, 2 hand, and found I used all of them every day. If there were 2 people, it would have been challenging. The free breakfast was okay - it would be nice to have carafes of brewed regular coffee and the option for sweetener and cream rather than just milk and sugar. I found it odd that there was full-on dinner style food like stirfrys and rice but not more options for breakfast such as eggs to order, or non-crispy bacon. In all, the resort staff were friendly, the pool and bar area very nice, and the location of the hotel was great. I also appreciated the shuttle service to the beach.

I loved the view (I had the oceanview room) of the surrounding area. I was able to see the back of Big Buddha. The massage prices were comparable to the surrounding shops and more convenient. The property was close to walk to the beach (but they also had a complimentary shuttle), walk to nite markets and restaurants. Overall, very clean, convenient and the employees were very friendly.

We love it here. The pool is great, nice and deep, the views of Kata Beach are spectacular and the breakfast buffet, my goodness, amazing. Help yourself to espresso coffee, croissants, egg station etc. Great. And all 3 minutes walk to Kata tbeach.

OK stay

Given the price, the stay was OK. We had booked the sea view room which is located at the top of the hill. There are no elevators so the walk to the room is an endless amount of stairs. The hotel does however provide a car shuttle to the rooms if requested. The hotel staff was very friendly and service minded but the hotel itself was quite run down. There seems to have been an attempt at refurbishing the rooms but we discovered some sort of bugs in the wooden nightstand and table. There were also issues with the plumbing and we had to call for maintenace twice because the toilet wouldnt flush. The balcony was large with a nice view of big buddah and the ocean. However, if you stood too close to the railing you could see into the next room and they could look into yours. The location of the hotel was optimal and very close to the beach and there were plenty of resturants and ameneties nearby. For a short stay i would recommend this hotel but dont waste your money or leg muscles on a sea view room.

Lovely hotel, staff and grounds, pool area very relaxing. Location is great for the beach but uphill all the way back so ideally you need to be abled bodied as lots of steps to rooms but hotel offers a shuttle bus 24/7.

I had high expectations for my stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by several issues, most notably a severe case of food poisoning. I became ill after eating a meal from the hotel’s room service. The symptoms started shortly after the meal, and I ended up being hospitalised for two nights. My friend also fell ill the following day and required hospitalisation. Since checking into the hotel, we had not eaten anywhere else, trusting that the hotel’s food would meet high safety standards. While the hotel management claimed that they found no similar reports, this does not change the fact that I experienced significant pain, stress, and disruption to my holiday. Instead of enjoying my trip, I spent days recovering in the hospital and then in my hotel room, unable to participate in planned excursions or make the most of my stay. On top of this, the hotel has no lift, and there are a good number of stairs and steep inclines to navigate. This can be especially challenging in the hot weather or after a night out. While they do offer a shuttle to drive guests closer to their rooms, you still have to climb some stairs after. On a more positive note, the rooms were bright, which I liked. However, I noticed some bugs on the bathroom floor, which was disappointing given the hotel’s standard. While the property has its appealing aspects, this experience has left me with a negative impression. I would caution future guests to consider these facts.

Die Unterkunft und das Personal waren super. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Abends ist es laut, da es direkt an einer befahrenen Strasse liegt, dennoch ist das Hotel sauber, das Personal hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ok, aufgrund des Verkehrs erreicht man die Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Strände nur mit Transportmittel und mindestens 30 min- 1 Std Fahrtzeit. Zwei weitere Strände sind direkt in der Nähe Kata Noi Beach und Kata Beach. Vom Hotel aus sieht man den Big Buddha.
