The services were absolutely fine. My train was a bit late and I ended up doing the check in after midnight, but they were super kind and helpful. The office desk is open H24, I believe. My bedroom was a little tiny but cozy, but it was only me so it was perfect. The only thing that bothered me were the towels because they smelled a bit like cigarettes, even though they were clean. The self service breakfast was also fine. Overall it was very good.

I found the staff really helpful - and they went out of their way especially to help me find public transport to Ani.... It's a good value hotel with a nice breakfast right in amongst the central market area.

The Good: friendly and courteous staff, great location, good breakfast. The Bad: room was not very clean and smelled of cigarette smoke. Thick, visible dust in many areas and stained mattress, sheets, and towels.

i would say it’s a god value of money for a short day in Kars. The location is not bad, about 15minutes walk to the castle and less than 5 mins to the main street where you can find lot of shops and food. The manager Suat is a friendly and funny man, although he can’t speak English. Google translate would solve the communication problem.

As a hotel, to a westerner it was as reported above but, realistically, it was in an eastern city in rural Turkey which itself is in poor condition. I would not hesitate to stay there again. If I happened to pass there again - which is highly unlikely.

This hotel is a gem. I typically stay at 4 to 5 star hotels but this hotel was central to where I needed to be. I kept trying to find something negative and I couldn’t find one. The room was great with a comfortable bed and hot shower. Breakfast was included and was decent. The hotel staff was phenomenal especially the front desk manager by the name of Ozlem. She was outstanding and spoke fluent English. The area was a little sketchy but I found it was safe. I would give this hotel a rare 10/10. Outstanding hotel and thanks

Disappointing

The staff were friendly, helpful and communicative. The breakfast was adequate (although water dispenser was empty) and the bedsheets and towels seemed clean. We arrived late at night and were checked in quickly. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the room we were given. The bedding was still wet from being laundered. There was an overpowering smell of smoke in the room and all down the corridors (we are non-smokers). We could hear a guy in the next room shouting loudly into his phone (not the hotel’s fault but was disturbing nonetheless). Additionally the shower was directly next to the toilet with no screen or curtain. For these reasons, we asked to change room. Although the second room was better, we still encountered issues: there were flying insects in the room, the toilet seat was not attached. Musty smell in the room, and the vent in the bathroom was covered with mouldy plastic and sellotape. Every pillow in the room was lumpy. I rarely/never give negative reviews but even for the price we paid, I would expect more. Thank you to the friendly staff.

This was the worst hotel we stayed at during our 7-day trip in eastern Turkey. I reserved 5 economy double rooms with a double bed. One of them was no better than a jail cell. Two of them had no space for shower. One had to stand or sit on the toilet to shower. Although the pictures for this room class showed enclosed shower cabin, none of the rooms we were given had a shower cabin. Front desk was a complete disaster. We asked two of the rooms to be replaced with rooms with usable showers for the second night of our stay. Although I gave clear instructions twice as to which rooms to be replaced, they messed it up anyway. The room my wife and I stayed was not one of them. When my wife went to our room after we got back at night, she found another couple in our room. Front desk had no idea about what happened and where our personal belongings were. I'm not going to bore you with details, after several attempts, we found our belongings moved to one of the rooms they assigned to my wife cousin. As a compensation, the front desk upgraded us to a better room which was nice gesture. It is hard to blame the person working at the front desk because he works over 16 hours a day. He is there when we get up early in the morning (6:30 am) and still there late at night (11 pm). Anyone working so long every day will make mistakes. Other things like breakfast were reasonable for price we paid.

Çarşaf ve havlularda lekeler vardı, temiz mi pis mi anlayamadım. Saat: 7-10 arasında kahvaltı olduğu belirtildi, 9 da kahvaltıya çıktığımda kahvaltılıklar neredeyse bitmişti, yumurta istedim 10-15 dakika geçmesine rağmen gelmedi, sonra tekrar istemek zorunda kaldım. çok misafirperver, temiz küçük otel, sahipleri çok nazik ve çok yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı kalbimde kaldı: en yüksek kalitede yerel ürünlerden oluşan gerçek bir ziyafet. Bal ve peynirin benzeri sadece Kars'ta bulunur. Şehir merkezinde mükemmel konum. Şiddetle tavsiye edilir!

Fiyat performans bir yer bile değil. Bu fiyata daha güzel yerlerde kalınabilir . Odaların duvarı kağıt gibi her ses duyulabiliyor. Alan küçük. Banyosu kullanışsız sadece bir gün kaldık 2 gün kalsak banyoyu kullanamazdık bile. Kahvaltısı çok kötüydü aç kalktık masadan sıcak bir şey çıkartmamışlardı ( genel kahvaltıda olabilecek şeyler patates vs. Yoktu)

Kars’a gelirken otel konusunda fazlasıyla önyargılıydım. Fakat buradan otel müdürü beyefendinin samimiyeti ve çalışan arkadaşların ilgisi sayesinde gayet memmun bir şekilde ayrılıyorum. Kars’a bir dahaki ziyaretimde kesinlikle uğrayacağım. Fiyat performans olarak değerlendirmek gerekirse 10/10. Gitmeyi düşünen arkadaşlar gözünüz kapalı rezervasyon yapabilirsiniz.

Ich war 5 Tage mit meinen 6 jährigen Zwillingen. An der Rezeption Yusuf Bey 1 A, super Hilsfbereit, freundlich dazu noch höflich. Das Hotel ist direkt am Zentrum. Zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Alle wichtigen Läden wie Apotheke etc gleich ums Eck. Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, mit etwas Renovierung würde es schöner aussehen. Zimmern etwas klein und Staubig reicht aber zum Schlafen. Ein Tresor für persönliche sachen fehlt im Zimmer. Frühstücksbüfee waren 5 Tage lang dasselbe, gereicht hat es und wir waren sat. Im großen un ganzen sehr nette Menschen, tolles Aufenthalt gehabt, immer wieder gerne

La struttura è centralissima. Lo staff disponibile a dare chiarimenti e aiuti. La stanza ampia con tutto l'occorrente. La colazione alla turca, quindi di dolce solo la marmellata o il miele. La struttura era pulita. È una struttura frequentata principalmente da turchi. Una cosa negativa, ma che sto riscontrando in tutte le strutture dove sono stato è che nessuno parla inglese. Devi utilizzare il traduttore anche negli uffici turistici. Inoltre queste strutture mancano di attenzione al particolare. Il bagno schiuman non basta per tutto il soggiorno, ka carta igienica viene usata come l'oro, la rubinetteria non e pulitissima, la porta della doccia non scorre. Ma sono cose marginali. Ci ritornerei
