We stayed for two weeks in this clean and spacious villa on the outskirts of kalkan. The property was exactly as described. Highlights are the views from the upper balconies, the immaculate pool area with very comfortable loungers, very effective air conditioning and great outdoor spaces with summer beautiful plants. The location is great, but there's not much within easy walking distance (we knew that so it wasn't a problem) but taxis are easy to arrange and cost around 3-4 euros each way. The upside is the elevated view over kalkan bay and the striking mountains behind.
We also found it easy to order food to be delivered to the villa using the villa eats app.
Burcu was incredibly responsive before we arrived and the local property manager was also around each day to help with anything. Burcu was also very flexible about arrival and departure times which made life much easier and was greatly appreciated.
In all, we loved our stay here and would definitely consider returning!
