"We were unaware on our reservation through Hotels.com that our reservation included breakfast and dinner. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dinner was basically the same every night - not what I am looking for in a vacation. Still the dinner is very good. Having said that, all the food is very Japanese, so not what all travelers can do. The hotel itself is gorgeous with amazing amenities. "Very nice accomomations here, you can park a small car (size: Toyota Yaris) at your accomodation. The inside looks very clean and modern but also has a japanese style living room and table, the shower and bath were really spacious, everything was great except for the bed. he bed was super squeeky like really made alot of noise when moving about. It also was quite firm but we didnt mind that, others might. It did have bed heating tho. "

"法事がてら吉野ヶ里遺跡に行こうと思い、ここの宿にしました。ビジネスホテル代わりに良いです。目の前に駐車スペースがあるので車との行き来も楽です。真ん中くらいの部屋でしたが、道路からの騒音を感じませんでした。清潔です。熟睡できました。自分のカードキーの当て位置が悪くて、スタッフさんに聞きに行ったら、わざわざドアの所まで一緒に来てくれて、ここに当てて下さいと教えてくれました。かんじの良い外国人のスタッフさんでした。私のプランでは１泊ごとに冷凍弁当の引換券が１枚付いてました。部屋のレンジで温めなおせば普通においしい弁当です。隣がコンビニだし、コメリも近かった気がします。不満点はありません。こういったコンテナホテルが日本各地にもっとあると便利ですね。"

"We stayed one night in the Royal Suite with its own hotspring bathtub in the room. Didn’t realize it at the time of booking but it comes with the best dining seating location which gives the best view of the lush and tranquil garden, free private hot springs downstairs, and a huge suite room. Kaiseki dinner was just exquisite and delicious as well as the breakfast next morning. Almost like a fine dining experience.
