"Very convenient location close to Tochamae station - 1 station away from Shinjuku, so away from the Tokyo maze! Convenient to connect to other train lines. Room is cute and front desk staff very helpful, especially with luggage transfers and any other queries. Highly recommend stay at this hotel."

"Nice to have breakfast provided in the morning and the airport shuttles go out very frequently approx every 15 mins. Right around the corner from terminal 3 so you can even walk to the hotel in 15ish min. The only thing that I’m not happy with is their bed. Their bed is so firm it feels like I was sleeping on the box spring and not the mattress itself."

"I stayed this hotel several times. It has been updated very well. We stayed at a corner room that is much bigger than other rooms. It was spacious and comfortable. It was worth to pay extra for a bigger room. I love the location, so I usually stay there when I visit Tokyo. The subway, JR, and airport bus are very convenient to access. Many shops and restaurants are right next to the hotel. No coffee was provided in the room, just teas. The bath room is simple, not big. That is why I gave 4 starts but overall, I love this hotel and will stay again."

"Love the area, a bit of a walk to either station but only about ten minutes. If you want to use the pool/bath, don’t be like me who did no research if you could at apa, because they allow NO TATTOOS. Just something to keep in mind, you get what you pay for."
