"Specifically chose and booked a Family room with three beds and a separate sitting room with a sofa as shown in the hotel’s photos but were instead given a standard room with only one bed and told that no suites had a separate sitting room in the hotel. The next morning a different receptionist confirmed that they DO in fact have a suite with a separate sitting area, so we had either been lied to or the night receptionist didn’t know his own hotel offerings. Be prepared to show the receptionist your booking photos and room type confirmation upon arrival to be sure you get the right room."
