A PLEASANT SURPRISE

After my previous night’s unsatisfactory accomodation, I breathed a sigh of relief when I walked into my room. Park Dedeman is a very comfortable hotel. It has everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Comfortable, clean, great location, and the shower was amazing. It was a pity that we only stayed for one night, and I would definitely stay here again.

Odaları, spa bölümü ve hotelin geri kalanı çok temiz ve çok iyi hizmet sunmakta. Personel her kademede çok profesyonel ve yardımsever. Kahvaltısı zengin ve yöresel lezzetlere yer vermekte. Konum olarak merkeze biraz uzak kalıyor olabilir. Şehir merkezine yaklaşık 1,5 km uzaklıkta. Yürümek için makul bir yol.

Daha önce konakladığımız bu otelde geçmişte çok daha iyi bir hizmet almıştık. Bu kez ailecek normal suit oda bir üst kategoriye yükseltilerek 20. katta camları açılmayan ve yalnızca fan-coil sistemle soğutulan bir odaya yerleştirildik. Dışarısı serinken bile içeride sıcaklık 30°C’ye ulaştı. Gece üç kez teknik servis çağırmamıza rağmen klima sorunu giderilemedi, ortam sıcaklığı 27–28°C civarında kaldı. Bu nedenle gece konforlu bir uyku mümkün olmadı. Durumu resepsiyona da bildirdik. Personel iyi niyetliydi ancak çözüm üretme ve hizmet kapasitesi açısından yetersiz kaldı. Cumartesi kahvaltısı zayıftı, pazar günü biraz daha iyiydi ancak sıcak ürünler bayattı, şarküteri seçenekleri sınırlıydı. Kastamonu gibi yöresel zenginliği olan bir şehirde sucuklu yumurta gibi temel lezzetlerin dahi sunulmaması hayal kırıklığıydı. Otoparkta yer bulmak zordu, asansörler yetersizdi, yoğun saatlerde uzun süre sıra bekledik. Havuz bölümü kapasite açısından çok küçük, aynı anda 20 kişiyle kullanılması hijyen ve konfor açısından sorun oluşturdu. Randevulu sisteme geçilmeli. Kastamonu gibi turizm potansiyeli yüksek bir şehirde bu tür yapıcı eleştirilerin dikkate alınmasını umuyorum. Bu seferlik puanlamaya yansıtmayacağım.
