"We were very pleased, kind, helpful staff, and a good central location. A modest problem with the shower, in that the water did not drain well. We used the squeegie provided. I didn't mind in part because it would be a big job to fix the problem, tear out the shower floor and ramp it more so that the water would flow down to the drain."

"Fantastic welcome; so friendly, charming, professional and polite, really couldn't have asked for better in any way. Check-in was swift and efficient, and we were talked through all amenities upon arrival and taken to the elevator to go to our room. The room was well-appointed, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. Also, as we arrived a bit late in the day, we hadn't booked anywhere to eat. The restaurant was really busy, but they still made room for us and had an awesome first night. "
