"Beautiful hotel, elegant and well thought through from the free shuttle to downtown and from the train station to the convenience store on the main floor. We stayed in a triple room and had lots of space. One of the elevators was glass giving you an incredible view of the harbour. Pillows were a bit odd but you can ask for a softer set. Kettle and AC in every room. We loved it! Stay here for sure."

"Everything about this hotel is good EXCEPT for the location. It's not easy to find the hotel from the Shin-Osaka station. The closest exit to the hotel is EAST exit. Please use this exit only, don't go to the central or west. The staff members are very kind, professional, and helpful. The hotel amenities are good. The hotel and rooms are clean. Keep in mind that the room is quite small. My friend and I each had our own room. Therefore, I don't know how big is the room with twin bed. We are also not sure about the hotel breakfast because we didn't pay for breakfast. Overall, the hotel is good except for the location. This is the reason for the 4 stars."

"I had a lovely time whilst at Smile Hotel in Osaka. All staff was humble and welcoming. Cleanliness was their top priority and everything was spotless. Size of the rooms are suitable for a couple and beds /w pillows are very comfortable. Highly recommend if and it’s an ideal place to stay if you’ve got a Shinkansen train to catch on your Jp trip."
