"Really good location but room is very small and was a bit dusty. In comparison to other hotels we stayed in japan this was the least clean out of all of them but overall still very clean for a normal (non japanese) standard."

"Room is clean. The issue is with the checking process. The staff did not offer any information about the property. There is a shuttle bus available but the staff has ever given us any information. The staff has no facial expression and seems unhappy in everything."

I loved all the amenities and the daily services that came with my booking. I also love how close it is to Shin Osaka and the free shuttle bus. I'd highly recommend everyone to book rooms here and glad I am returning soon again."
