"The lovely ladies at the counter made my stay just perfect - they are so friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. This. place seems to attract a lot of friendly Western guests as well, so I was able to easily make friends in the large communal space. They also hold bags for no cost until 2200 on your day of check out. Location is in a more teenaged-geared area, however, so nearly all shops are closed by 2000, same with many restaurants. So, plan ahead, and you'll have a splendid time here in Nagoya...

"I would like my committed money back from this location. A local taxi cab driver could not find it. When he found it, he left us there. No one answered the door. No one answered the call. No one answered. We were left in a precarious position in the evening with no place to stay. I cannot recommend this place to anyone and I have a very flexible, mind and travel mindset, we eventually stated a nearby hotel on the river, which seemed like something Expedia would end. Very bad Expedia...

"Clean, staff all very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect for family of 4. Central location. Amenities amazing. Would stay again for long term. For a short stay in Nagoya however, I would avoid, especially on weekends as street in front gets full of drunk people and bar workers calling customers in. Most surrounding buildings are filled with small bars and adult massage parlors (there are many normal massage salons and cafes, restaurants too). Lots of undercover cops as well so it's safe, but...
