"This is the place to relax and have a recharge day in the middle of a trip. We checked in after a day of hiking and instantly relaxed, and decided to stay on property the next day. The onsen facilities were great, the buffet fantastic, the views beautiful, the staff very friendly. Make sure you either have plans during the day or a book to read, as there is nothing to do at the property between 9 and 3. I had a book and just spent a peaceful day reading in between onsen hours. Loved it, and would come back again if I visited that area."

"The location for this property in the mountains is absolutely stunning. We drove up and found it easily. The room was such a delight. It was well looked after the beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing. There was a lovely coffee lounge with a beautiful view which we didn’t use, but was well equipped. We were lucky enough to use the fly on. Both of our dinners and breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was an amazing experience with the thoughtful presentation with so many Japanese style dishes. We really enjoyed the dining room which made it feel like your own private room. The staff were all really friendly and spoke English. The menu is on the two nights were different so we got to sample so much different food which was beautifully prepared."

"It was within comfortable walking distance from INAKITA station. It was the only available closest hotel when i booked for a last minute trip here a few days before. I found a familiar restaurant, SUKIYA nearby where I had my delicious lunch. Happen to stumble upon a cosy McDonald’s when I was exploring the area near Ina park where the cherry blossoms were in full bloom! There is a direct bus to the Takato Castle Ruins at Inakita Station. See the bus timing chart. Hotel was like a resort with a very nice public bath. The room is spacious, comfy with the usual Japanese standard toilet & bath."

"I recently stayed at Komagane Kogen Resort Linx, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and seamless. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The view from the window was stunning, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot spring. The onsen was well-maintained, with crystal-clear, soothing water at the perfect temperature. The serene setting made it the ideal place to unwind after a long day. There were both indoor and outdoor options, allowing me to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while soaking in the warm, mineral-rich water. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and well-prepared dishes. The overall service was top-notch, and every staff member I encountered was polite and eager to help. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with comfortable accommodations and an amazing hot spring experience, I highly recommend Komagane Kogen Resort Linx. I will definitely be returning in the future!"

"I've used this hotel many times for more than one week at a time, but they never greet me such as "Welcome back!" or "Thank you for using the hotel always." They are always too business like. I hope they are a bit more friendly. The hotel is very comfortable to stay though!"

"Perhaps be more flexible on check in time. It was drizzling n cold. We arrived at 14.10 but were not able to chk in as the staff said the room was not ready. Otherwise everything was perfect n highly recommend"
