Great one night stopover on route from Perth to Bremer Bay. The mill is full of character and rooms are lovely, would definitely recommend.
This was a ‘luxe’ stay in the middle of a farming community so unexpected but definitely worth the trip!
It took us most of our time there to figure out the lighting system but once we’d mastered that we could see how much effort had gone into the fixtures and fittings on the room. Loved the service area too 👌👍
Everything was outstanding. The Smell of all the timber was amazing. Loved the Cordial Bar and Restaurant had lots to choose from at reasonable prices.
Only thing i did notice was shower tilescan get very slippery so be careful. Otherwise outstanding.
This hotel is amazingly unique because you are in effect staying in a museum with boutique, high quality rooms.
The local town also has much to recommend it with many historical buildings and friendly locals.
Very good hotel, fantastic rooms and facilities, the below grounds level bar is a very pleasant atmosphere with a large range of drinks and really good food, breakfast at the adjoining dome cafe was also excellent. Highly recommend this place
I stayed at Premier Hill Hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The room was cosy, beautiful, and spotlessly clean, creating a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Even though it was a short visit, everything was perfect.. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Clean, modern room, great bathroom and shower. Designed around the historic mill. Provided with a pack of really intereting and useful information, about the background of the building, the local area, ideas for trips and a map. Easy parking opposite. Small fridge in room, but also access to a shared area with a larger fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. Dome restaurant on the ground floor was very convenient. On another level to the average motel!
We have been staying at the premier mill since it opened and have loved it, but found that it had deteriorated in the past couple of years. The bar menu was unavailable and the bathroom in our room was mouldy and the fire wasn’t burning to greet us on our arrival which was one of our favourite things. This time we were very pleasantly surprised when there was a whole new bar menu available and the bathroom was slick & span. I did have to ask for the fire to be lit, and was told that it wasn’t that cold… it was minus 2 overnight. How cold does it have to be? The fire should be lit every afternoon, it is a really welcoming experience for your guests, and a wonderful place to sit with a drink and bar snacks after a busy day. Overall, the Premier Mill has raised its standards again thank goodness, but please, light the fire daily in late autumn and winter, it’s a lovely welcoming greeting for your guests.
Lovely boutique accommodation. Well appointed, comfortable rooms with great bar and restaurant/cafe. We enjoyed a house made lemonade in the Cordial Bar and the great selection of local wines and spirits. Dinner at the Dome was good quality, hearty food at reasonable prices.
Amazing, luxurious funky hotel with large comfortable rooms in a converted flour mill. Features a basement cocktail bar (with home made soft drinks if you don’t drink alcohol).
Cafe restaurant with summer menu was very good.
An excellent hotel full of history. Need to search for staff for check in. The Dome restaurant is good for meals and the cellar bar has fine selection of beers.
