Rooms are a bit tired. Check in is still very slow, I don’t know why it takes so long.
Third time we have stayed here so it is doing a lot of things very well. There is one thing that needs putting right and that is an early check in charge. I stay in hotels most weeks and have never been charged for checking in early anywhere."
