"Wir sind bereits einen Tag nach Eröffnung angereist und waren super positiv, das Personal ist bemüht und sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer und gesamte Anlage schön gestaltet, die Bar hat zwar nur bis 19 Uhr geöffnet aber die Getränke sind perfekt. Das Frühstück ist lecker und ausgewogen, ab Vormittags Switcht das Buffet eher zu Mittagessen. Alle vom Personal sind super zuvorkommend. Leider wurde es ab Tag 5 im Hotel immer voller und das Klientel hat das Image und unseren Aufenthalt ziemlich stark...

Check in is still very slow, I don’t know why it takes so long. Third time we have stayed here so it is doing a lot of things very well. There is one thing that needs putting right and that is an early check in charge. I stay in hotels most weeks and have never been charged for checking in early anywhere."

The room was of a nice size with a view overlooking the pool area. The maids came daily and changed the towels and cleaned the room.
