"We stopped off for one night whilst travelling. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. Modern and clean. Comfortable bed and good shower room. No relaxing sitting in the bedroom but we spent a pleasant evening in the dining area downstairs. No tea making facilities in the room but a coffee machine and microwave by the reception are available. "The hotel is beautiful in a fabulous location. The staff were helpful and the hotel including rooms was kept spotless. This is a 16th century building, so it’s not very disable friendly. There is also no lifts in this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re able bodied. The location is perfect."
