The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and we really loved the holiday hot apple cider that they offered! Very walkable to all areas of Colmar, yet a bit away from the business of the center of town.

Above all, extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Property within walking distance to the train station and the old town. Excellent breakfast with caring and attentive staff. Water station provides free water, flat or with gas, to meet the needs of active clients. Our suite was clean and neat with a lovely shower. The bed was comfortable but best suited for those who prefer a soft, as opposed to, a firm mattress. Nice private terrace available on sunny days and lovely ready to eat meals when you just feel like staying in.

Great hotel choice in Colmar

Beautiful hotel in Colmar. Large, spacious and comfortable room. Staff was very friendly. They offer parking (for a reasonable fee) whish was very helpful. The location is great - just a 5 minute walk from Petite Venice. Overall we were very happy with the hotel.

For £100/per night for a 4 person room, I thought this was outstanding quality. The hotel is modern, clean with lots of amenities - room had a sink/tap, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, safe and a huge smart tv that we could stream the kids movies to. Staff were great, location is excellent, secure parking on site, very happy.

Our room was clean and very comfortable. The parking can be a bit tight but it was definitely convenient to have it onsite and available with prior booking. The hotel is situated about 5 minutes walking distance to La Petite Venise which was very convenient. The staff were all friendly, professional and very accommodating. There was a good range of breakfast options which were all delicious.

Ok hotel, nice location but a bit dated

The room is nice but the carpet was dirty, I'm sure they cleaned it but there were some major discoloration. In addition, the sink is very shallow, making hand washing rather difficult.

Modern and clean

Nice, modern and clean hotel to be in France. Scandinavian style with kitchen. A bit far away, but def worth it if you want a clean room. About 10 min walk from centre. Worth taking the boat trough "little Venize"
