The hotel was really clean and only the staff member checking us in seemed a bit annoyed with us because the computers are turned towards customers to make it seem like you are supposed to check yourself in but we are not allowed too. Room was fine for three people but bathroom was small. Water slow to drain in sink but otherwise hotel was good and in a very good location.

Clean and spacious room and very friendly staff. I accidentally left some stuff behind and they kept my stuff for me. After calling them first to confirm, I was able to stop by a few days later to pick it up. I really appreciate the service and extra care. The hotel is away from the touristy spots. ...

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Could speak english which was nice. I was there for the Tokyo Marathon and they gave out a small gift to runners.
