"I have no complaints about the property itself. It was very clean. Easy to check in. Professional staff with good English speaking skills. The only problem was the loud tourists in the halls. They had absolutely no respect, shouting down the hallways amongst their family group and slamming doors over and over. No Japanese person would act this way, so it was clearly a tourist family. But Asakusa is a tourist area, so, prepare accordingly."
