We did have one hiccup as the hose broke on the dishwasher and we were without water in the kitchen for two days with no dishes since they were all in the dishwasher. Not only is it a beautiful property/condo, it is across a shopping center that has what you need including dining options. Everything was perfectly clean, well equipped, and beds were comfortable! It was a great base from which to explore the Waimea area and the Northwest coast. It was driving, not walking, distance to restaurants and other touristy activities.
