"Rooms are very spacious, staff is AMAZING, bed was so comfortable, fireplace in room kept it nice and warm. No onsite parking, but parking garage less then 2 minutes away and no charge for hotel guests. Property is a bit dated but was probably a top level hotel back in the day. Amazing place especially for the price, would 100% stay there again next time in Peterborough "

"The room was OK., checked in monday, bathroom 1 roll of toilet paper and half a roll(left over drom previous who stayed) me, husband and adult daughter stayed, expecting to have fresh towels the next day but we end up using the ones we used when we arrive, expecting out room to be tidy a bit when we came back tuesday evening... but its the same... stayedfor anither night and cant wait to leave... I wont recommend this hotel. "

"Good location central to all, kids liked the pool. Carpet was being replaced which was likely needed. Rooms needed a deep clean (shower, fans) etc. Heating/cooling system was bonkers - -20C outside and we had the A/C on with window open in the room!"

"Room was generally clean Tv didnt work. Wifi was almost non-existent. Breakfast was advertised but breakfast room was also non-existent. Sign on door said it was open but was dark and had only tools etc. Someone had left frozen fish in the freezer in the room so it had obviously not been completely cleaned.blowdryer was also supposed to be present so i didn't bring one with me and there was no blowdryer. No one was in the office at 9am to checkout. Parking lot was treacherously icy. "

"The building could do with renovations as the rooms looked outdated. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Buffet was very basic and located close to the door which I found odd. Location wise, it's not within walking distance to other food establishments but there is a restaurant next door which is convenient. Overall, great for a basic stay."
