"This is an excellent property. It is extremely clean, well-furnished, and in a great location. I highly recommended it for a comfortable and worry-free stay. The unit was ideal. It had every convenience we could have wanted a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and beach gear in the unit The property's manager is quick to respond to any question. It was a short walk to the basketball/ tennis courts and the pool was the ideal temperature! The hotel and beach could be reached on foot from the serene and well-kept grounds. We appreciate you letting us use your beautiful vacation place It was perfect for our trip to the North Shore We will happily stay here again and highly recommend it to any traveler because the accommodations were excellent."

"Perfect spot on the North shore, I considered not leaving a 5 star review because when I reached out about my travel plans changing the owner stated there is no refund, even though it was more than two months notice, I was upset but made other arrangements to keep the dates, the posting does state there is no refunds so I shouldn’t negatively impact the review just because I didn’t read that part, so as long as you know that is the case this is a great place to rent. It was stocked well with what we needed and it was clean."
