"Great property at Turtle Bay. The property was exceptionally well organized and clean. Because we were here for a wedding we didn’t utilize the kitchen much but were very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of everything provided. We enjoyed being close to the amenities and restaurants at the hotel but enjoyed having our own space. Highly recommend."

"Coming from LA, we love the North Shore. We've always stayed at Kuilima estate condo. This is the first time staying on the opposite end of the estates, closer to the beach. We really enjoyed staying at the beautiful condo.It was clean, peaceful, well stocked, with lots of beach toys. Love the washer and dryer. The scenery in back of condo was so relaxing. We dined at Leileis where the food is so tasty.We plan on coming bk here next yr. And hope to use the BBQ grill at the pool area. Thanks again K."

"Our family of 10 had a marvelous time at this home! There were beds for another 4 people that we did not use, so plenty of space. Convenient location to several sites we wanted to see in the North Shore including lots of beaches within short driving distance. The host was great to work with and a great help when our other lodging fell through due to a natural disaster. The host is responsive, and the home is absolutely beautiful- even more so than the photos show. Large living areas to gather, large laundry room, lots of helpful beach items including toys, boogie boards, surf boards and coolers! We would love to stay here again!"

Tropical Kuilima Estates Condo at Turtle Bay

"If I could do 4.5 stars I would. We loved the property and it was perfect for the two of us. It was super clean, well stocked and luxurious. Communication with the owner could be much better. They did not respond to several messages and I had to call to check on the weather due to the hurricanes. Check in is a little complicated too but not at all bad. The owners want you to stop by their home to pick up the gate fob but there are two ways around the island and we had family to visit, making their method inconvenient. They did have a back up plan and it worked fine. We’ve stayed at Kuilima Estate before but the other side. This specific neighborhood had a very “active” HOA member who could be a nuisance but nothing too bad. Clearly they get a lot of travelers and they are rightfully expectant that travelers respect this is a residential neighborhood. During the worst of the storm, our side of the island lost power but we did not which I’m guessing is due to the hotel. Whatever the reason, it was a plus."

"It was a convenient go to place to stay after exploring the North Shore all day. The bed was very comfy and it met all of our needs - if the birds hadn’t woken us up at 4:30 every morning, it would have been perfect. Our host communicated with us very well, too. "

"Location is amazing, minutes from everything on the North Shore - beaches, PCC, Laie LDS temple, hikes, and so much more. Checkin and checkout process were simplest we have experienced. Have cold plunge and sauna but no pool. Plunge and sauna were nice. Beds were nice. Big space for family and hanging out. Stocked kitchen and dishwasher made family meals fun. Host was super responsive and helpful. Would love staying there again!"
