"The room was okay but it was not built with older guests in mind. The bathroom was the biggest problem because the toilet was so low that my short wife was not comfortable with it and not easy for me either. The toilet paper holder was quite a distance from the toilet and had to stretch to get some. Shower had water coming out from both the faucet and the shower fixture."

From the moment I arrived, the warm Aloha spirit was everywhere—lush, tropical grounds, gorgeous beachfront access, and a huge variety of pools and dining options. The staff went above and beyond—every interaction was so friendly. I especially loved watching the sunset from the lagoon—it was pure paradise. If you’re looking for a truly relaxing escape, this is the place!"

"Overall clean and sufficient. Complimentary ukelele class, hula dance class, lei making class were wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the building itself is on the older side, but sufficiently maintained and cleaned. The coffee shops attached to the hotel and nearby open very early, which was excellent!"

"Room was clean, air conditioner was very loud. The room was on the smaller side, but it seems to be an older building. The hot tub was not working so the water was as cool as the pool. The outside amenities, (bags, ping pong etc) was a nice way to spend some down time. Overall the facility was nice, the parking garage has a steep incline when entering or decline when leaving, but plenty of parking. Within walking distance to many stores. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would I stay there again, most definitely."

"The hotel location was good however the hotel itself was average. There was no coffee machine in the room nor microwave. The pool was so small . I think only one person can be in it at time . I guess for the price , you can live with it ."
