"2 Queen Size beds, room was great and staff was great. We were taken care of by Carlos, has good amenities and a small shop in the first floor. He's the one that took care of my check in, parking pass (later) cause I did not want to figure out parking after a long day at my cousin's funeral and also my check out. Thank you Carlos. "Great customer service from all the staff, starting with valet Cameron and Lala were amazing every time when we left and return back to the property they were always smiling and courteous. Didn’t catch the bell captain but he was also very friendly and courteous. Richelle checked us and was also amazing. Giving us activity ideas and some great recommendations for places to eat. Room was clean and the room service team kept the rooms tighty and all the towels and supplies were well stocked. Overall, I would recommend this property, great location to enjoy the Waikīkī area but also easy access to Highways to explore other parts of the island."
