"Excellent vacation spot, excellent host! The condo was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. We lived on the lanai because of the breeze and the stunning view. I truly appreciated the host's communication throughout the rental process, especially during a severe weather event. The pools were lovely and the property is within walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, and resorts. Afternoon Dole whip at Aulani and dinner at the Four Seasons became our daily ritual. There was just one exception to an otherwise fabulous property that was absolutely beyond the host's control: a few of the front lobby and security staff were noticeably and consistently rude to guests. Several of the concierge staff were lovely, but the good did not, unfortunately, outweigh the bad. We didn't dare ask another question after having a front desk team member roll their eyes and curtly respond when we inquired about gate access after 9 p.m. We watched and cringed with several other guests' interactions throughout our stay that were as simple as questions about directions or where to find recycling bins. While I was waiting in the lobby, two of the security team made fun of a family that just checked out. Again, this did not for one second take away from how wonderful the condo was, but it did add a bit of an uncomfortable vibe to the complete experience. Stunning views, great location, excellent communication from host- we will be back! We just will avoid the lobby as much as possible."

"Check in was fast and easy. They offer it on the app too. I didn't try it. I highly recommend using valet. It is the same cost as regular daily parking. You can just add tips for staff. We were there for 6 days and want to return for more! Plenty of fun crafts for everyone. Most are additional cost. The luau is a must! Food was ok, but entertainment was top notch as with everything Disney. Every single staff member we came across was super friendly, just like Disney standard has always been. They could use larger shopping area and not repeat the same items as they do in two of the stores. The food at all the restaurants was top notch. You also have to try the shaved ice with the works! I suggest renting a cabana when you go to the beach. Comfy and worth every penny! Buy the reusable cup right when you get there. It is free refills on coffee, tea, soft drinks, or water all throughout your stay. Pool wristbands are changed daily. I suggest heading down the night before to avoid the line. Rooms are full of bathroom amenities. No water bottles. Very pricey so get your money's worth!!"

"Communication with host was excellent. Very professional, organized, and friendly. The resort property is beautiful, and we love the location on the island. Check in was a breeze. Room was as described in listing (although I should have read more closely - I thought we had 2 queen beds in the second bedroom, but it was actually a queen bed and a queen sofa). Only taking stars off for room location (and related, what we paid relative to what we got). In fairness to the host, the listing is clear and accurate, and I know room assignments are made by the property, not by the host. Still, I was a little surprised by our partial view … of the parking lot. As mentioned above, all things that are fully “controllable” by the host were flawless. I think if you arrive with adjusted expectations for your room location/view, you will be very happy with this rental!"

"The villa was beautiful, well-stocked, and comfortable, but management ultimately overshadowed our vacation. After 13 hours of travel with 4 kids, we arrived to find our villa was not ready. Management blamed us for missing a single email notification, even though all prior communication had been handled strictly through the booking app. Once we were allowed to check in two hours later, we endured a 45 minute walkthrough explaining every single appliance button and lock before we could finally unpack and relax. We returned our rented golf cart for a refund after discovering it was banned from the beach paths, which was the entire reason we rented it in the first place.The biggest issue was the outdated air conditioning unit, which initially could not cool the villa below seventy-eight degrees. When we reported this, staff defensively claimed we were the first guests to ever complain about the temperature. My husband had to wait around for a maintenance technician, who successfully lowered the temperature to 73 degrees by charging the unit with refrigerant. Even then, the system struggled during the heat of the day, though we fortunately spent most afternoons away from the property. While the staff was initially very nice, they became incredibly deflective and unhelpful the moment we experienced these real issues. Despite these management headaches, we truly enjoyed our family time. I hope the owner is able to see these reviews so they can have true feedback!"
