"Lovely accommodation, warm, and well equipped with everything you could possibly wish for. Fantastic views and within walking distance to the beach. We took our two large dogs with us and they had a marvelous time. Section well fenced for our 4 legged friends. Fishing was marvelous and so many places to fish from. "The bach is located in a very quiet street with a beautiful view of the mountain. The kids loved climbing in the Pōhutukawa tree and using the swings. The bach could do with a deep clean and fixing the shower but the owners have made a decent effort to put in new carpets, nice decor, good furniture and new appliances. Kawhia itself is a beautiful little town and we loved going down to Hot water beach."

"A super clean, tidy, and comfortable place to stay in laid back Kawhia, The ever changing view over the harbour as the tide rolled in and out was very relaxing and even though the fishing trip was cancelled due to the big swell we had some quality time to chill out.
