"Fabulous and Reasonably priced Hotel. The Staff was Fantastic and English spoken incredibly well. Proximity to the Trains could not be better, Walk with Luggage, SIMPLE. Malls, Cafes, Starbucks, Don Quixote, 7-11, RESTAURANTS galore and train station 1 to 5 min walk. The Onsen was wonderful and open all night long! Again, the Hospitality of the Staff was Sincere and Wonderful. 6 Wash/dryer Machine Combos. 500 Yen Total per load. (3.19 USD)"

"Five star experience for us! The room was very clean. The Japanese style buffet breakfast was so tasty and affordable. And we did not realize the hotel came with hot spring and it was an added bonus. And the hot spring was very clean and super relaxing after walking all day exploring the city. The hotel is also only 5 min walk from the station and historic city center. Totally recommend ppl to stay here."

"We’re a couple travelling as tourists. We stayed three nights in September. Being close to the train station was very convenient; the castle and Korakuen garden are within walking distance. All staff were incredible from front desk to the executive lounge team. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was good, the shower (over the bath) pressure was great. Our rate included Club Lounge access with finger food and drinks each night which we enjoyed. Views were great."
