Very close to JR station. Staff were polite and helpful. The room was spacious, but cleaning work could be improved as there was dust on sofa and stains, black dots on towels and stains on the bottle of shampoo and body wash.

Good option for Okayama…

Great location… comfortable room for couple. Quiet and sound proofing. Rooms are located on 6th and 7th floor. Onsen and breakfast lounge located on 7th floor. Plenty of great dining options and malls within 500m of hotel. Definitely preferred option for next trip.

Located in a small Japanese covered shopping street close to Okayama station. Good sized room with typical Japanese high standard of cleanliness. Front staff both very professional and friendly. Enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine every evening in the lobby.

Great spot, horrible beds

Great location by the station. Easy to get around town. Plenty of food options all around. Service was good. Bath was lovely and spotlessly clean. Room was small and tight. Bed and pillows were hard as rocks. Very uncomfortable sleeping for us both.

Very good new hotel with full amenities

New, nicely designed hotel and fully equipped with needed and modern amenities. If you want an onsen and a gym in a reasonable-price hotel, this is the one for you. The check-out time at 10 am is too early though. And they will charge 1000 and 2000 yen if you would like check out by 11 and 12 am, respectively.

Unbeatable location Unfortunately gym hours were very limited (main reason I picked this property) Checkout time was also surprisingly early. There are signs placed around the hotel with various rules, which is common in Japanese culture. However, the language used lacked hospitality :(

Well-equipped hotel but I unluckily got a fever

The bed & pellow are pretty home-like, I have no problem sleeping with them. Staff are really courteous. But the air-conditioner in my single room is not at the perfect location, where the wind either blows directly behind when you sit, or blows directly on your mat when you sleep. I got a fever on the third day and decided to turn to 27 degree but luckily it works very well. I really prefer all the 'seasonal hotsprings', where you feel the outdoor cold breeze. The gym is a bit small but fairly equipped.
