"The cost of the laundry washing and drying was appropriate. The cost of the laundry detergent and softener was absurd - I mean be realistic! $10 for someone to just have the soap and softener? Your location is indicative to airport travelers AND airport travelers do not have a car to go and get soap and softener always. The walkable, gas stations and convenience stores just aren’t there with those items. Do better for your customers please. The people at your desk taking the money also feel horrible about the price gouging. i had a nice comfortable stay otherwise. This was my only complaint. Fix it! you could easily do as you do in your showers and bathrooms where you have a dispenser that could output the soap and softener for people paying I don’t think that would be asking too much."

"The room was clean. It had a great view of the SLC Valley. Conveniently downtown, so you can walk to anything or jump on the free tram (free for a short distance anyway). Great service. A microwave for leftovers would have been nice. They have both self-park and valet parking. Having Temple Square only a 3-minute walk away was really convenient for our Music and the Spoken Word responsibilities. We'll, for sure, stay here again. Highly recomended. "

"Everything that we attended was in walking distance from the hotel. The parking was great, I had a truck with a desk & treadmill in the bed, it was raining so having the covered, secured parking was perfect! The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff made check in and check out easy! "
