The bathrooms and walk-in closets were spacious and well-appointed, and we love cooking on a gas stove. "The property it's self was very good. They didn't have what we needed to be able to cook, but when I contacted him, they brought over pots and pans and more bowls and plates. The parking was good. The beds were nice. The apartment was well decorated. The laundry was easy to use. The only real complaint was there wasn't a light in the back when we had to go downstairs to use the basement apartment. But I'm sure they would fix it if I had said something. "This host was very accommodating and communicated in a fast manner. There was not too many things that were within a walking distance but close to a bus route. With a car, there are groceries and restaurants nearby. The kitchen was partially stocked which is always appreciated. I felt I had privacy and safe. Very sweet host, grateful for the stay."

"I rented this for my 85yr old friend who could not stay here as there was no disclosure of all the stairs into the building or the stairs leading down to the condo which she could not do. There was trash around the outside of the building, the door into the building has glass broken out of it with a snow shovel (in September) holding the door open. The proper management is snotty & rude and would not refund the purchase price after it was conveyed that my friend could not & did not stay there...
