"The hotel was beautiful and all the staff were very nice and helpful.I especially loved how close this hotel was to the Salt Lake City street car stations. I took the street cars to several locations, including the airport. Even though I didn’t stay at the hotel across the street, which is the sister hotel to this one I wound up eating there instead of this hotel. It was convenient to walk there so as it’s just right across the street."

"It was nice to have a 2 room suite. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked great. The hotel is older but moderately clean and had an onsite bar/restaurant with really good food. All of the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. (Staff included multiple people at the front desk and the bartenders at the bar/restaurant) Parking was $20 per day and the lot was a little dark but was next to the hotel and seemed to have plenty of spots available. We were surprised at the number of little up and coming areas to eat that were walking distance. (our version of walking distance = 1 mile or less one way). We booked a city tour through Expedia that provided alot of historical facts and guided us to the main attractions. Take a drive to the Great Salt Lake. Its only 20 minutes away."

The hotel itself, and the entire staff have always been consistently top notch every time we have stayed there, and breakfast is always hot and ready. Or cold and ready if you want fruit and cereal. "I didn't have any shampoo in my room and I inquired about it twice, thinking that they would take some sort of initiative to take to my room but fell on deaf ears. It's the little things that count. Other than that the hotel was surprisingly clean and updated."
