"일단 숙소의 위치와 크기는 너무 맘에 들었습니다. 다만 체크인하기가 너무 어렵습니다. 숙소는 13층인데 엘베가 12층까지 밖에 없어서 당황스러웠습니다. 꼭 사전에 집주인과 연락해 엘베키를 전달 받아서 키를 찍어야 13층 갑니다.주인과 연락하기가 너무 힘들었구요. 밤11시경 체크인을 했는데 청소를 하고 계시더라구요.숙소 청결 상태기ㅣ 너무 별로입니다. 위치 별5개 수소가격대비크기.별5개 나머지는 별1개입니다."

В квартире также есть стиральная машина, что было удобно. Однако чистота квартиры сильно разочаровала. Мебель уже изношенная и явно требует обновления. Посуда была грязная, ванная комната и душевая кабина — старые и уставшие. Постельное бельё плохого качества и не подходит по размеру. Шторы находятся в ужасном состоянии — первая тюль практически...

Sheraton Astana Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had an absolutely great stay at Sheraton Astana. From the moment we were greated at the check-in everything went smoothly, including a request we had that was swiftly accommodated. I'm beyond pleased with customer service. The hotel is well-maintained, spotlessly clean, centrally located, right by the Bayterek, yet very quiet so you can get a good night sleep. We used Sheraton SPA a few times and it was so relaxing. No crowds, clean, has a decent size pool, two steam rooms, and a spacious sauna. We had another room reserved for my elderly parents and they also loved everything about Sheraton Astana. I also enjoyed the lobby area with multiple zones for after dinner socializing, tea, drinks, appetizers. Wish I could go back. Highly recommend!"

"After a long, long flight from the US, this hotel was wonderful to check in. Very quaint and quiet. We spent 2 days there before beginning a month-long Silk Road Tour. The architecture and furnishings were charming and far from the usual hotel. The breakfast was quite sumptuous and the on-site restaurant was a welcome convenience I'd go back to this hotel in a heartbeat."

"The standards have declined noticeably since I first visited this hostel many years ago. It's in a great location near the bus station and park so it is always busy, mostly with tourists from China, but the standards have gone down too much.Firstly, the bean bags in the common area smell very bad and likely haven't been washed in a long time if at all. After midnight you find Chinese guests sleeping on them all night...and the mens bathrooms are really bad. The soap in the toilets disappears from Chinese tourists that remove it to shower with and the toilets themselves are always dirty, once again due to the toilet habits of the Chinese tourists. There are no hangars available which is simple to solve and the staff conduct a room check at 09-10am when check-out is at 12? The general common area is still bright and spacious and the WiFi is decent.There is also free drinking water and complimentary towels, slippers and soap. Laundry is a very reasonable 500 too, though once again without clean bathroom facilities, this location has lost its appeal for me."

"Centrally located and all-around terrific, the Almaty Hotel was a great place to stay. The lobby is a bit underwhelming, but the room was very nice—clean, spacious, and comfy—and the breakfast bar (which even has a whole outdoor seating area) was absolutely stellar. Very nice hotel for a first-time-to-Almaty stay."

"Great location to explore Botanic Garden on foot and city easily assessible with Yangex Go (UBER). The roof top terrace is a beautiful location to enjoy a cocktail or traditional pot of tea with stunning views! The meals and breakfast all good. Staff really helpful and friendly. Throughly enjoyed my stay. When I return to Almaty, I will stay again 😊"

Throughout my two-week stay, I was deeply impressed by the high standard of service provided by the reception staff. Every team member was courteous, professional, and attentive to every detail. My room was consistently spotlessly clean, quiet, and very comfortable.
