"I came to this property not knowing I would be sharing space with others. It should’ve stated that on the website, so people are aware. When staying in an AirBnB I’m looking to have my own privacy. This place literally is a room, a small room at that. When we pulled up we seen crack heads across the street. I had already paid for the room but after my husband viewed the room he wasn’t happy with it, so while the owners were there I asked if I could get a refund they told me they don’t do refunds...

"The place was in an unwelcoming area. You had to push really hard on the room door just to get it to close. I didn't realize the bathroom and shower were also shared along with the dining/common area. The people in the other rooms were loud. The good thing I can say is that when i contacted the property they were quick to respond and were respectful. "

"The house was a comfortable size with nice easy and accessable ammenities, the house kepper Josh was very kind and always open to assist us with anything and would always greet us and have converstions when we saw each other definitely would go again and do recommend to patrons looking for a place to have a nice vacation at the beach Belmar is definitely a great option"

"Cord and Deidre were very friendly. Breakfast every morning was delicious. The property was immaculate! Located in nice tree lined neighborhood a block and a half from the beach. Highly recommend! "

"Don‘t book. It‘s not a hotel. If it exists at all, it’s a private accomodation in a private residential. We went there for check-in exactly at the right time given from the hotel and couldn‘t find it under the address. No sign, no bell, nobody picked up the phone for 30 min. We called Expedia. They couldn‘t reach the reception neither. Telephone number was in a different area code. Google showed another address under the name and it was the same problem. The neighborhood didn‘t look save. "I never stayed when I arrived at the place it was people who do drugs on the balcony and smoking drugs! I called the owner no response I text the owner no response! I called hotel.com that did nothing about it! I had to find another place in 30 minutes to stay at! "
