"Staff was amazing. We called and asked if we could have the bar send up drinks and within 5 minutes the bartender sent our order up to our door. View looking out to the water from our room was also beautiful. Everything was clean besides the rug in the room. I had to throw out my white socks after wearing them around the room for a few hours because of how black they turned underneath. Would have been lovely if they provided disposable slippers if they don’t maintain the rugs."

"We stayed in a 1st floor room and it was sufficient for a 1-night stay at a bargain price. Beds were comfortable and staff friendly. It’s a solid 4/5 star for a 3 star hotel and I would stay again. The rooms were mostly renovated but the bathroom was older and there were very few toiletries so bring your own shampoo!"

"Went to stay in brooklyn, wasn’t looking for something special. This place calls itself an inn but it’s more like a motel. You can hear everything that goes on outside the room even from the room next to us. You hear other people showers running and what they were watching on their tv. A lot of stains on the walls and quite dusty. Our first room was awful the bathroom had mildew around the cracks. We asked front service to give us at least a partial refund so we could go elsewhere and they did...

"Great staff, great location, very clean. If you are doing a short stay (1-2 nights) it’s good. However I wouldn’t want to stay for a long time (longer than a night or two) the bed wasn’t comfortable at all and they don’t have black our shades so if you have trouble sleeping with light coming in you’ll have a hard time here. Good for a short stay, not ideal for a week or more."

"I don’t know where to start. At first glance it looks alright. No glaring issues. Basic accommodations. Got checked in, dropped off luggage and headed out to a concert. Upon return, I discovered the sheets appeared dirty, but I think were just stained. The WiFi kept disconnecting and the directv had nothing but porn options and one channel with forensic files. If I could’ve been refunded I would have left. Unfortunately, I sucked it up and stayed. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"we purposely booked a room with 2 queens and a pullout as we were travelling for a family event. the pullout was SO BAD that our 3 and 5 year-old toddlers could not even use it. when pulled out it sloped from top to bottom by about 20 degrees, we could feel the coils on the beat-up 4" mattress with our bare hands, and then it took about 6 attempts to jam it back into couch position. we ended up having one queen with 1 adults and 2 kids in it. my adult son ended up sleeping less than 2 hours....

"The staff was great. The hotel has serious issues. The pool was filthy and unavailable. The elevator was broken. The TV did not work the entire time I stayed there. The room was clean but the lamp by my bed was not working. The whole thing felt like the hotel is struggling financially. Which is odd, because this is apparently a popular area and this hotel is full. Maybe they need to charge a few more bucks and invest in their property."
