"I would not stay in deluxe room. I would upgrade because deluxe rooms have no view. I had to pay $15 usd a day for 9 nights to upgrade for garden view. My first room was a blank wall."

"We had such an amazing stay at Impiana Private Villas Ubud. We stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better place. Everything about the stay was great. The staff were one of the best parts. Everyone was so nice and helpful, and you could really tell they cared about the guests. Our villa was beautiful and very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were so thoughtful. They would leave little notes for us, which was such a nice personal touch and something we appreciated. The food was also really good. Breakfast was included and there was a lot of variety, and everything we tried was delicious. We actually looked forward to breakfast every morning. Overall, we absolutely loved our time here. It really felt like the perfect place for our honeymoon."

"Large clean room in hotel close to airport with free shuttle. Negatives included: 1) had to use stairs - one level with luggage to get to room 2) told 1.5 hour wait for dinner at restaurant with not many people. Reception staff stepped in and resolved this issue."
