Staff at the property were amazing. Particularly the wait staff at breakfast, very polite and professional. Room was clean and a good size, the shower was hot and good pressure and the bathroom was stocked with the usual stores expected if a hotel. The hotel is convenient for short stays and for transit as its very close to the airport. The rooms are clean, and functional, food is good and staff is great. The sink and shower are always backed up though - they need good plumbing as this has been my experience the times I have stayed there - more than 10 times as I pass through Bali often and in transit.
