"The stars are based of off my room experience! This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Our room was so filthy that I had to ask the front desk to send someone back to clean it. There was poop splattered all over the toilet, and hair was everywhere. In the bed, the shower, and the sink. It honestly made me wonder if the room had even been cleaned before we checked in. The pool was closed during our stay, and we were never notified ahead of time. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel...

"No cleaning mi room until Saturday morning, but not good."

"The staff was very polite, helpful and efficient. The business center was great, no fuss no change - great for printing our boarding passes. The only thing I don't care for (and is common these days at hotels) is if you stay two nights you don't get housekeeping. So we made our own beds in the morning so that it would be comfortable when we returned in the afternoon. I asked for housekeeping, but it didn't happen. I got some extra coffee from the person with the housekeeping cart. Breakfast...

"The room appeared clean. The shower had no caulk around the tub. There was no coffee pot in the room. The curtains were torn. A little TLC would have gone a long way. The decaf coffee was very tasty in the lobby. The front desk attendent was nice and helpful."
