"The property is literally across the rail tracks, BUT we were super impressed that we did not hear the trains at all! The window paines were amazingly insulating. It has easy access to transportation as station is just half a block away and you can walk to the animee section of town. It seems to be the local bar and yakitori hangout, so many to choose from. "

Problems: 1) Very difficult to find the hotel as it is deep inside a residential area, especially if you are new to the place. 2) Bathroom and outside family room do not have enough space for clothes 3) Property managers were inflexible. We wanted to checkout a bit later as our flight was in the evening. They said that they will charge for every 30 mins - though we had paid very high price for 6 nights. "

"I cannot say enough good things about this place. The email arrived when it was supposed to, the codes worked, the staff were on hand and super friendly and helpful - from helping us with the washing machine to the AC...awesome customer service. They even had complimentary toothbrushes, pjs and slippers. Great selection of shops for food nearby. The only down side was the walk from the train or metro was a good 750 m - our fault for not checking."
