"This wonderful cozy cottage was the perfect location for our highland adventures. Easy to find, but out of the way! The home is nicely laid out. As Americans, use appliances,outlets, etc. differently . it would have been helpful to have critical switches labeled. For example we inadvertently turned off the kitchen refrigerator by turning its switch off. This switch was located along the wall, above the counter in the same places the light switched were located."

"Our stay here was brilliant. There is ample space in the home but as the weather was amazing we spent a lot of time outdoors. There are a number of outdoor spaces to be able to enjoy your time separately or together. Loved the swings under the trees for reading and used the fire pit on our last night. The kitchen is a little smaller but managed to do everything we needed to in the space. Hosts were lovely and very accommodating with every request. Would come back again without hesitation."

"Nice house in an ideal location to enjoy the local area. We stayed for a week and the location was great for a some exellent walking, cycling and relaxing. The house is well equipped, warm, comfortable and clean, it has the added bonuis of a lockable outhouse which was good for storing bikes. Grantown is just along the road with a good range of shops, cafes and other facilities. Aviemore slighly further afield for a larger shops and amenties. Overall a throughouly enjoyable stay and...

"We all enjoyed our stay for our Dad's 70th Birthday. The pool was used constantly! The house was very clean, well equipped and beds comfortable. The grounds and surrounding areas to the property are beautiful. Alan, the host was good at communicating and replied very quickly to any queries I had. My only gripe, which didn't detract from the stay at all, would be plastic cups for the pool area and maybe some pictures and ornaments throughout the house to make it feel more homely. Thank you...

"What a fabby wee place to stay. It was perfect. Well equipped, comfortable, clean, spacious & quiet. Was literally everything we were looking for. The log fired hot tub was brilliant. "We had a great stay at Dalnagar. Brilliant location and well equipped house. The house had a really good socialising space. The only minor niggle was not enough towels for us all (wasn't a problem as we brought a couple with us) and there wasn't enough hot water. We tried to use the Boost but we couldn't as the heating programme was on. Nevertheless it did not detract from our stay and we would still recommend this property."

"What an amazing location to stay in the Speyside area and in Dufftown. My expectations were well exceeded by the fit out and finish of the property, the size and space and practical appointments for this accommodation. A modern bathroom complimented the more traditional cottage feel and there was also a washing machine that was very timely at this stage of my holiday.
