I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected.

The managers need complete retraining or higher managers that are way more capable in dealing with customers and not fighting and arguing with them and telling them they’re wrong

It was nice to enjoy a cocktail at the bar at the end of the day. The buffet was delicious, however congested. Getting an elevator down for breakfast took an exceedingly long time. We found waiting until 9:30, the big rush was over.
