We come to Kelowna to visit family 3 times a year and always stay at the Hyatt. We usually stay a week. Comfortable rooms and great staff. Feels like a home away from home. Location is ideal, close to Orchard Park, restaurants, Save on Foods and a short drive downtown. Highly recommended. And pets are welcome.

I did not like mattress it feels like it is low on sides and high in middle leaving one with an uneasy feeling ov rolling off bed als didn’t like pillows too hard? Service was good employees friendly We would stay again !! Breakfast was great
