Free parking and great location , stayed a week and our room had a lovely view of the hills . Don't forget to bring your own cooking utensils and cooking pot, but full size microwave and oven/stove and fridge were perfect for us. walking distance to a great beach, mall and 5 min drive to downtown Kelowna waterfront. Will for sure stay again.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. We appreciated having a kitchen. It didn't include pots or cooking utensils, but we brought our own, so it wasn't an issue for us. We would happily stay here again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, very spacious, well maintained, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was helpful. However, there were no utensils were available for guest use or basic kitchen equipment like kettle for hot water or pots. We hope this can be addressed for future visitors. But it did not significantly affect our stay. We would consider staying here again.

Amazing value for what we got! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location and parking were very convenient. The downsides (the headboard was a bit uncomfy to lean against, no TV, no dishes) were manageable.

Was a great place for 3 nights. I never went to University but his felt like a dorm room. But, it was super clean and staff were pleasant. It would have been useful to have some cutlery , plates , dish cloths in the kitchenette etc. The Bed was dorm like, but satisfying.

The room was great, very clean and well designed. There is no TV but I was made aware of this in advance. The wifi signal was strong so I had no issues watching TV on my laptop. My only issue was finding the building due to the construction and poor signage.

The property was close to everything in Kelowna and the price was right… 5-10min drive to downtown and all the amenities in that area. The Residences are a 5min walk from groceries and restaurants as well. Room was perfect for my wife and i and plenty of parking. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The only thing that was tricky was trying to control the thermostat and AC… there should be instructions on a paper or something available in the rooms that detail how to change the temperature in the room… our first night the AC was too cold, then the next night we were too warm. Not the fault of the AC/Heater unit, just a lack of adequate info on how to control the AC/Heater Control Panel. Staff did give us some guidance but we still were having issues regulating the temp in our room. We will be back the next time we are in Kelowna over a summer visit.

Great for solo travelling. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery and shopping. Able to cook food in their oven and microwave. Just get the correct cooking pans or buy food already in an oven or microwave safe dish to heat and serve. Bed was firm but was good for 1 night. Staff went above and beyond for my requests of early and late check in/out. Provided guidance on local attractions and help with like scooters/bikes and hiking trails. Was able to see some deer near the college walking trail. Would stay here again!

Overall, the property was in a nice location, near a park and beach but you do need to Uber it downtown. Unfortunately, the small double bed was uncomfortable for two adult size people. Also, the shower configuration made it very difficult to move around and would not be suitable for a large adult. Be aware that there is no TV, but that is on the listing.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and bright. Perfect stay for anyone needing a room to sleep. The surrounding area was clean and quiet. I felt safe and comfortable. Traveled to Kelowna for sports and was up early and back late. Peak of the summer when it was hot so found relief with easy to control air conditioned room. These are college dorm rooms with a kitchen. Full sized fridge, stove, and sink. No cutlery, dishes, utensils, pots or pans. However, the front desk offered these items if needed. I was able to do a load of laundry late at night. Rooms have no T.V. or telephone, which isn’t necessary if you've got your own devices/cell phone. Free wifi. Free parking as well. If you are not planning on staying in the room all day and only needing a place to sleep this is a great place to stay and price point more than reasonable. I will book again in future.
