Perfect location, not right in the busy part of Banff, but just few steps to all restaurants and shops. Our room was excellent, very comfortable and clean. Easy access to the parking. Restaurant is a bit boring. Not the best breakfast, but you will not leave there hungry.

The location is amazing! Walk ability to everywhere on the waterfront. They have underground parking or back alley parking as well. Lots of selection for their continental breakfast, which is included this trip. We were able to have room 210 and it had a shared patio. Great hotel, great location great price.
