"The staff was super helpful and kind. We were on our way from Africa to Canada and wanted to visit our friends in Hamburg. "A bit rude stuff, as I booked this place for my mother, who doesn't really speak a good English, and she felt like she was laughed at, and wouldn't get the proper explanations how to get to the room or get Wi-Fi going. Other than that - clean rooms, good amenities."
