"After a very stressful at our Airbnb, the BW took our very last minute reservation and had our room ready all within a hour. The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, very helpful and just made us feel relaxed and welcome. The room was small but clean and had three beds for the three of us. "The drains in the bathroom smell very bad. We had 2 rooms on separate floors and they both had bad smelling washrooms but the room 1121 was worse. The staff cleaned and did a full service on the air for us which helped for a bit but the bad smell would just return. We ended up leaving a cup of coffee grounds in the bathroom which was the only thing that helped. This would be a lovely place to stay if not for the drain smell. The staff are all very kind and welcoming and do their best to be helpful."
