Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The hotel's main layout was impressive at first glance, primarily because of its central location in the forest. However, as you walk through the hotel, you'll find that it ends at a narrow, poorly maintained beach area. The rows of sunbeds are outdated, and there isn’t a well-kept beachside bar, just a small one that isn't very user-friendly.
Additionally, the reception area was uncomfortably hot because they did not have the air conditioning on. I heard that the hotel’s shareholders are quite restrictive and unwilling to spend money, which also reflected in the dining areas; it was similarly hot. When we asked about it, they mentioned that there were 800 people inside, but that’s no excuse.
The rooms were not very clean, which was disappointing. The number one positive aspect was the forest and layout, aside from the beach area. Also, we would have preferred to see traditional Turkish music. I can listen to English music at home.
