"Overall, we had a good stay and there were plenty of positives. The hotel offered a great range of entertainment and activities, which we really appreciated. There was table tennis, snooker/pool, mini football, table football and other activities, giving guests plenty to do throughout the day. The entertainment programme itself was also enjoyable. Great and ideal for families with children. The food was another highlight, with lots of delicious options and an excellent all-inclusive offering. There was unlimited access to food, drinks, coffee, cakes, waffles, fruit and more, so there was always plenty available. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, although unfortunately a few came across as miserable, rude or unwelcoming, particularly some of the staff serving desserts and ice-cream. The rooms are quite dated and would benefit from refurbishment and an overall uplift. I also experienced fluctuating shower temperatures when showering in the evenings. I booked a sea-view room and, based on the images shown when booking, I was expecting a closer and better view of the beach from the balcony. The actual view was more limited than I expected, which was slightly disappointing. Despite these points, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the variety of facilities, entertainment and food available. I would recommend the hotel to friends and would consider staying again; if the rooms and some aspects of the service were improved, as well as the old music played. Thank you."

"Beautiful property. Excellent animation team, and kids club staff. Perfect for families. Clean pool, facilities, beach. Lots of food, water, drinks, snacks, ice creams. Very friendly staff and waiters. One detail is there was no info for tours on the area in English, we asked guests relation member and he just said to ask the agencies staff that sit on the lobby area, we asked them and none of them spoke english. This could be improved as im sure you get lots of intertational non Turkish or Russian speaking guests. Another detail, this is not the hotels fault, but would be very useful if they informed the guests that the cats are not necessary hotel cats that are vaccinated, but stray cats can get around too, I saw lots of children playing with the cats, Including my child, that got scratched by one and as prevention had to be vaccinated during the holiday. This might be known by local people but not by foreigners that assume cats are pets that belong to the hotel. In general hotel experience was amazing, and 100/100 for the animation team, they really make this place feel special"

"Beautiful, clean, and well-maintained hotel with a great beach and pool. Excellent food, especially during Turkish nights, and delicious desserts and coffee! Everything is modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Loved the birthday surprise and all the little details for guests. The only downside is smoking everywhere with no designated non-smoking areas. Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay at Amsterdam Hotel in Kemer! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations and anything we needed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a nice variety every morning. The atmosphere was peaceful and made us feel right at home. Kemer is a beautiful place, and staying at Amsterdam Hotel made our vacation even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Amsterdam Hotel to anyone visiting Kemer. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!"
