We enjoyed a wonderful week-long family vacation at the resort and were very satisfied with our experience. The property was exceptionally clean, the evening entertainment was delightful, the food was outstanding, and the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. Most staff members were friendly and accommodating, though we found the guest services team to be discourteous, which could be addressed with immediate training.
The resort made our stay extra special by offering a complimentary family dinner at one of their à la carte restaurants and a cake for my daughter’s birthday, a thoughtful gesture we greatly appreciated.

Very friendly place. Recommend to all!!!
Stuff service was top notch. Place is clean. Even has stuff to do for kids and adults. Anything from water slides, to nightly performances. Some things you have to pay for. Not included in a price of the package. They use all kind of payments. From local money to visa, master card.
Lots of different languages around. Stuff understand most of them.
